Refund Eligibility Refunds are not accepted for generators that have already been installed. Customers may be eligible for a partial refund if permits for installation have already been filed.

Step 2: Provide your order number, details of the generator purchased, and the reason for the refund request.

Approval Process Once a refund request is received:

Issuing a Refund Upon approval of the refund request:
If the generator has not been installed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If the generator permits have been filedor if the company has already incurred any initial project expenses, a partial refund may be issued based on the costs incurred. The specific amount will be communicated in the approval email.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for generators that have been installed.
Refunds may also be denied if the product is deemed damaged due to misuse or lack of proper care.
